    The Damn Home Gym

I don’t know about you but I am just about sick of this shopping for a home gym thing.  Every time I find one I like I find out it is either discontinued or unavailable from my local stores.  So I have once again settled on yet another Weider home gym.  This one is a current model that I am assured of getting.  I am going to order a Weider Advantage with the extra 200 lbs. and the lat bar.  I’m not really big on what I call the rubber band gyms but this one comes with a lifetime warranty on the rubber bands.  I figure if I buy some dumb bells in addition to this, I’ll be in good shape.  No pun intended.

This week I am working north and west of Pittsburgh, in an area not very far from where I use to work, way back when I lived out here and after work this evening I stopped at a fitness and gym store and the mug I spoke to was very cool and honest once he realized that he couldn’t sell me anything because shipping would be too much.  Anyways, he kinda’ sold me on these rubber band gyms with the caveate that dead weights are better but a lot more expensive.
So to get my ass back in shape a top of the line rubber band gym will do me just fine.  He thinks I’m going to eventually move on to a Universal weight machine.  Ha! All I need to do is get strong again and get rid of this fat belly I have.  Done it before.  Gonna’ do it again.

And why am I awaiting moderation . . .that’s not supposed to happen until November?

    2. Would going for a jog just be a whole lot easier? ;-)

Technogirly, You are not in moderation. What happens in November?
AbVan, I am a teacher. I’m on my feet all day. I have no doubt that I walk miles and miles each day. I want a gym for strength training and to once again turn this fat into muscle
