Old Friends
June 2nd, 2007I heard from an old friend the other day. It was a pleasant surprise. We hadn’t spoken or emailed in quite awhile. I had been thinking of her for a few days. I didn’t know why but she was on my mind. Out of the blue, Linkedin, a professional networking site that I haven’t used in years sent me an email telling me that she has updated her profile. So I reached deep in to the Way-Back machine and found my password, logged in and checked her profile. There was her new email address and so I sent her a quick note saying hello. She responded and we have been chatting.
How cool is it to re-meet old friends?
