Idon't get the legal system either . . .very very complicated. I don't care much for the monarchy but the Westminster System does work and you don't have to be rich to be Prime Monster. We had a referendum for a republic a few years back. Everyone wants one but can't agree on the model . . .I'm not sure if there's a republic that's got it right yet.
